Fans of jazz pianist Bob James are probably most familiar with him for his work on the '70s TV show "Taxi". He also had a string of successful solo albums, including Bob James 2 from 1975, from which this arrangement originates.  James has reimagined Bizet's original material (from L'Arlesienne Suite No. 2) as an infectious funk chart.  It features open solo space for alto sax 1 and guitar.  Bring a taste of classical music to your program with this terrific arrangement!
