A relic of the gaslight era, this classic tune receives a fresh new treatment as a sprightly samba. After the trumpet/sax melody, the full wind section is featured in a stop time section. There are solos for the lead alto and 2nd trumpet. Chord changes are provided along with optional written-out solos for each. The piece wraps up in burlesque style with a half-time swing section to bring it home.
